Food Permits
If you plan to sell and/or serve food at the tournament, you need to obtain the proper permit from the Ventura County Environmental Health Agency. The permit is required for all food vendors and must be obtained to legally sell food at the tournament. Please obtain your permit by filling out and submitting the appropriate form. Please Note: TWO (2) categories of permits exist - Prepared on-site and Prepackaged.
In addition, please read important health and regulation information outlined in the Temporary Food Facility Requirements and Procedures document. California Cup (CalCup) as the event organizer and vendors as event operators have different requirements and submission dates. Completing the registration and form submission process in a timely manner is a must and greatly appreciated.
