Registration Information

Roster Requirements
  1. Date of Birth must be listed for every player. This is used for determining eligibility only.
  2. All players must be born after 01/01/96.
  3. A minimum of 8 players of the same gender is required to register an Under 16 Division Team.
  4. A maximum of 16 players of the same gender is allowed for Under 16 Division Teams.
  5. Please input players' full names as shown on a valid I.D., passport or drivers license.
  6. Each player must have a designated T-shirt number that is visible to both umpires from anywhere on the field.
  7. The California Cup does not provide medical insurance to participants. All players must have medical insurance which is valid in the US.
  8. Each player under the age of 18 must provide a completed Emergency Information & Consent to Treat Form.
  9. Each foreign player must submit a completed Foreign Players Waiver.

By submitting this form, it does not guarantee your team's acceptance into the tournament until payment has been postmarked by April 5.Click here for payment instructions. Once the payment has been received, you will receive an email confirmation of your team's acceptance from the Administration Director - Elina Lorenzo.

The registration fee for the Under 16 Division is $900.00. A Refundable Umpire Fee of $400.00 is mandatory (view the Umpiring Information page for refund requirements) and a Refundable Forfeit Fee of $300.00 is also mandatory. The total amount required for registration is $1,600.00.
